Proteoma comparativo entre células-tronco mesenquimais humanas com cariótipo normal e invertido. 2016. 62 f. Human umbilical cord has been an interesting source for obtaining these cells for being a disposable tissue and easily accessible. However, cytogenetic analysis made by our research group showed that one of the strands have analyzed revealed a chromosomal change constitutive. The present study had as general objective to analyze the protein profile of hMSCs expression with different karyotypes. The data from mass spectrometry were performed using Scaffold software, with it was possible to discover the amount of protein present in cells with distinct karyotypes, beyond the comparative expression of proteins between cells. In addition, were used other bioinformatic tools for discover biological processes and molecular functions related to these proteins, besides the construction of the protein -protein interaction network to discover the main proteins of different protein groups. It was possible to verify that the cells that have an inversion underwent alteration that led to a production of proteins associated to the cellular stress, in addition, there are possibilities for cells to turn into cancer cells. These analyzes corroborate the importance of carrying out studies related to the genetic instability of hMSCs, having as parameter the protein expression profile of these cells.openAccessCélulas-troncoStem cellsProteomaProteomicCordão umbilicalUmbilical cordProteoma comparativo entre células-tronco mesenquimais humanas com cariótipo normal e invertidobachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS
