The project is composed of the wharf requalification on José Soares St, a new well-arborized square referring to the demolished “Sunset Square” and an urban structuring, as well as a multipurpose arena with a belvedere structure for the population to contemplate the regional natural beauty. The main motivation to produce this project is based on the disproportional relation between demand for cultural activities and what the municipality can provide at a low cost.
