This research aimed to provide the researcher with a research space about the "Ritual Play", relating the two shows and their creative processes to the "Changed States of Consciousness", a term used in the book: “Grotowski: Estados Alterados de Consciência: Teatro, Máscara e Ritual” (2015) organized by Joice Aglae Brondani, more specifically in the chapter titled “A Arte do Ator e a Possessão: Os Estados Alterados de Consciência (ASC) nas suas inter-relações com o Teatro” written by the professor and researcher Giuliano Campo of the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.
