Therefore, the paper intends to analyze the financial economic viability of a convenience store in the North Zone of the city of Natal / RN. For this purpose, it will use the step that addresses the financial aspects and economic indices in SEBRAE's business plan, so that it can be based Secondary data were used through bibliographic searches and primary data in exploratory research with demand and competition. The bibliography serves to underpin fundamental concepts for project development, while field research serves as the basis for exploring and detailing choices that will help to create and operate the projected business and thus have the possibility of taking less risk in the marketplace, increasing the chances of the financial return and prosperity of the venture. The methodological procedures as already mentioned involve bibliographic and field research, 5 conveniences were visited, all located in the North Zone of Natal and 91 people were investigated in this process, the research approach is quantitative and the books, articles, theses. and websites were used to cover topics such as entrepreneurship, characteristics of an entrepreneur, and specific concepts on some topics. For data tabulation and information creation, tables were used in Excel. In the end, the conclusions show that the enterprise is economically and financially viable under market, demand and entrepreneur conditions.
