Análise de tempos não produtivos de sonda de perfuração terrestre em campo de petróleo do RN. 2019. 64f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia de Petróleo) - Centro de Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/39471The daily cost of a terrestrial drilling rig, depending on its complexity, is of the order of tens or hundreds of thousands of Reais. A delay in the construction of a well, due to any process anomaly, generates an economic loss that negatively impacts project´s economics or even company cash flow. Using a database generated by the drilling rig ST8102 from five years drilling campaign, consisting of 265 development oil wells in CT2500 field, an analysis was carried out to consolidate the lost times, to point out the anomalies that have most impacted in these times and propose solutions to reduce the occurrence of anomalies in drilling for future CT2500 field wells. The methodology for data analysis was performed using qualitative process analysis tools, such as: the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle with emphasis on the verification step and the Analysis and Problem Solving Methodology (APSM) to study the results of lost times and investigate the anomalies. The main anomalies in order of criticality were: loss of circulation of drilling fluid for sedimentary formations, unavailability of resources and equipment failures. It is recommended that actions to block these phenomena are carried out in the order of priority.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilSonda de perfuração, Custo de perfuração, Tempos perdidos, Anomalias, Ferramentas qualitativas.Drilling database, Drilling costs, Lost times, Anomalies, Quality tools.Análise de tempos não produtivos de sonda de perfuração terrestre em campo de petróleo no RNbachelorThesis
