Guided by the theoretical framework of historical-cultural psychology and Marxist feminism of the Theory of Social Reproduction, this work was divided into two studies. The first, of a complementary nature, corresponds to the characterization of four platforms/companies operating in the Greater Natal/RN region. Data were collected from information available on their websites, apps, and social networks. The analysis aimed to explain the specificities of the cleaning platform companies and how they operate. Regarding the second study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with four day laborers with experience working using cleaning apps. For this purpose, the application of semi-structured interviews was chosen as the methodology and, for the analysis of the data, two analyses were carried out, intra and inter-case, resulting in the formation of axes and announcers. The integrated analysis of the two studies, that is, of the accounts of the experiences of the cleaning workers and the characterization of the cleaning platforms, made it possible to identify how the management models of the platform companies and how the relationships established in the household sphere of the user-contractor affect the experience of the cleaning workers in this context, resulting in a double subordination, platform company > cleaning workers < usercontractors.
