This type of higher education is characterized by flexibility of curricular organization. Nowadays, there are six emphases where five are specific and one is general and the students can choose one of those. In this context, several problems arise for the course managers, such as the need to identify the most sought-after emphases in order to plan the supply of curricular components for the next semester in order to maximize the flow of students over the course. This work investigates the conception and development process of a data visualization tool to support decision making in this scenario.
