The research employed a quantitative approach, applying a structured questionnaire to 163 individuals. Results showed that 59.5% attend gyms for personal health reasons, yet barriers like high costs (56.4%) and limited access (30.7%) hinder regular healthy eating. While 64.4% consume healthy foods 2–3 times a week, 57.1% are motivated by health maintenance.
