The present work aims to investigate the presence of bilingualism in this environment, and how music and language occur in this globalized scenario. The methodology follows a qualitative and quantitative approach, based on the content analysis of the 10 most popular K-pop songs on the YouTube platform, whose results show the preference for mixing between Korean and English (where bilingualism and code-switching play a greater role) through the use of recurrent English words and easy-to-assimilate phonetic structures.
