Method: experience report of an intern at the State Health Secretariat (SESAP) on permanent education in the implementation of the Acute Myocardial Infarction Care Line (LC) in the state. Results: the process of implementing the CL was permeated by several actions, including the training of doctors and nurses on the use of thrombolytics, the focus of this study. This action resulted in the training of 638 professionals, 187 doctors and 451 nurses, in addition to that, there was a 275% increase in the number of thrombolyzed patients. Final Considerations: In this work, all the planning and execution of permanent health education and its contribution to the implementation of the line of care for acute myocardial infarction in the NB were reported.
