The intern worked in the company's Quality Control area and the activities carried out follow the rules and regulations of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA). This report discusses the activities carried out by the intern from the receipt of samples to the performance of physical-chemical analyzes of pH, chlorine, nitrate, color, turbidity, total coliforms and E coli. During the internship, the results of the samples collected and analyzed in the period from January to December 2020 were worked on. All analyzes performed come from a standard operating procedure (SOP). Following the current legislation used is PRC No. 5, of September 28, 2017, Annex XX (Origin: PRT MS / GM 2914/2011). The internship carried out the direct integration of the intern with the work environment in an analytical laboratory. Acquiring great experiences to train a professional in chemistry with an interest in making a career in the sector.
