Initially, usability and user experience issues in web systems are discussed, highlighting the importance of intuitive interfaces and satisfactory experiences for the success of these systems. Next, state-of-the-art studies on human-computer interaction, user experience, usability in web systems, and interface quality criteria are presented. The main focus lies on the requirements of UX and UI in web systems, where aspects that developers should consider when designing and developing such systems are highlighted. Through examples of real systems, issues such as usability, user experience, design patterns, and adequate feedback are addressed. Additionally, a case study is presented with the development of a prototype in Figma, demonstrating how the proposed solutions can be implemented in practice to improve the user experience in web systems.
