The research addresses the challenges and opportunities of this tool, focusing on the modernization of accounting services and the improvement of competitiveness for firms that adopt it. Based on a qualitative study, with a literature review and interviews with managers of accounting firms, the study identifies the main benefits of financial BPO, such as cost reduction, improved operational efficiency, and support for strategic decision-making. Additionally, it highlights the challenges faced during implementation, such as process adaptation and client awareness.
