Usually headed by the Human Resources sector, the challenge that arises from this complexity is the central theme of this project, whose main objective is to analyze the challenges of the HR strategic process, from the perspective of people management professionals. In this way, we propose a reflection based on exploratory quantitative research, regarding the main pillars for an HR sector to be strategic, from its conception to day-to-day processes and the way it generates value for the company.
