Avaliação das citocinas na doença hepática gordurosa não alcoólica: uma revisão da literatura. 2020. 25f. In this context, it is known that cytokines especially pro-inflammatory, Interleukin (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) are involved in this process. The purpose of this literature review was to analyze the profile of these cytokines in patients with NAFLD. To this end, 4503 articles were analyzed in the following databases: PubMed and Science Direct using this keywords: “nafld and anti-inflammatory cytokines”; “NAFLD” AND “cytokines”; “NAFLD” AND “IFN”; “NAFLD” AND “IL-2”; “NAFLD” AND “IL-10”; “NAFLD” AND “IL-1”; “NAFLD” AND “IL-6”; “NAFLD” AND “TNF”. At end, after analysis by title, abstract and all text, 4 articles are included were observed an elevation profile of cytokines IL-6 and TNFα. Thus, although the pathophysiology is not well described, the study of the pro-inflammatory cytokine profile directs the development of future interventions.DHGNACitocinasInflamaçãoAvaliação das citocinas na doença hepática gordurosa não alcoólica: uma revisão da literaturabachelorThesis
