Four mass concentrations of the lubricant were evaluated, with 0%, 0,05%, 0,1% and 0,2% of nanoparticles. Tests were performed on a pin-on-disc tribometer during sixty minutes with normal load of 100 N, at linear speed of 0,314 m/s, in which a sphere ball, made of SAE 52100 steel, with 8 mm of diameter was pressed against a 1045 steel disc. A high speed camera was used for evaluate the maintenance of lubricante on the contact surface and its aspects during the tests.
