For the system to be chosen, the software has to adapt to the company's reality, which is that the system has to be cheap, because convenience does not have high amounts of financial resources, the software has to be intuitive, since that the manager does not have great knowledge in the area and has to enable the efficient management of the control of that stock. In order for the study to correctly evaluate the different ERP systems, a weighting matrix was created to enable the choice of the best software. The implementation of the system will be placed gradually, since the company's management does not have the financial resources to hire a consulting team, and the company does not have knowledge on the subject, for this reason the ERP will be implemented by modules.
