Thus, it is a very wide channel that arouses in students a critical-reflexive look related to the social demands of users, with the experience and interaction between professionals and users in the health-disease process. Objective: To analyze the importance of the Interaction Teaching-Service for Graduation in Collective Health, from the student's perspective and to verify the student's perception of the importance of internship for professional training in Collective Health. Methods: This is a qualitative research. The study sample consisted of graduating students from 2019.2 and 2021.1 from the undergraduate degree in Public Health at UFRN. After collection, the interviews were analyzed using the Bardin technique. Results: Most of the respondents in this survey were young adults, composed of 64.29% women. It was observed that 61.90% of respondents recognize that the teaching-service interaction fully contributes to their education, as well as their experiences in the service, enabling a first contact with health services, providing integration with the existing reality through the exchange of knowledge between those involved and a better experience with the services.
