Acesso em: 18 ago. 2023.2526-6160https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/54633A study of users was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction of the workers of the Spiritist Group Caravaneiros do Amor, located in the Cidade da Esperança neighborhood in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. It is proposed to diagnose the profile of these workers, as well as the main positive and negative points of the information unit. Exploratory and descriptive research was used as methodology, considering that information was obtained through the application of questionnaires, at first, and interviews with the workers of the spiritist center, in a second moment. Certain peculiarities were detected regarding the behavior of workers and the institution, listing points that need to be worked on in the management of the spiritist house.
