The influence of the concentration of samarium on the structure, morphology and electromagnetic properties of ferrites was studied. The resulting samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), magnetic measurements and reflectivity measurements in the frequency range between 8-12 GHz. The results showed that increasing the concentration of samarium caused a decrease in particle size of the samples, encouraging, therefore, to obtain materials with better values of magnetization and reflectivity, allowing for use as absorbers in narrow-band frequency between 9-10 GHzSinterizaçãoMateriais absorvedoresSamárioFerrita Ni-ZnFerritas Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 dopada com samário:analise estrutural, morfológica e eletromagnéticaarticle
