However, families face challenges in accessing adequate information and support, making eHealth products a viable alternative to improve accessibility. Objective: To evaluate the content validity of AMAR for families with premature children. Methodology: An exploratory study was conducted to assess the content validity of the AMAR app version designed for premature children. The study involved mothers of preterm infants up to 24 months of corrected age. Five app screens were presented to the mothers, followed by an evaluation using a 44-question survey completed during a conversation with the participants. Descriptive statistical analysis and the Content Validity Index (CVI) were performed. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Trairi School of Health Sciences (FACISA) under approval number 6.246.279. Results: The study included 11 women, mostly young, white, with a high school education, and an income of up to three minimum wages. Regarding information-seeking behavior, the majority reported searching online, with Instagram being the most cited platform. AMAR achieved a validation score of over 90% on the Content Validity Index, with positive feedback and specific suggestions for improvement. Conclusion: AMAR demonstrates good content validation for families with premature children.
