For this purpose, outpatient care production indicators and vaccination coverage rates were used, comparing data from 2022 and 2024. The methodology included Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and median tests to assess significant differences between the analyzed periods. Data were collected from the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System (DATASUS) and the Public Health Budget Information System (SIOPS). The results indicate that the municipalities of Rio Grande do Norte perform poorly in health expenditure allocation. Furthermore, the comparison between 2022 and 2024 shows that, overall, the municipalities did not achieve significant improvements in efficiency.
