Treino de equilíbrio em pacientes com doença de Parkinson por meio de um aplicativo gamificado. Orientador: Enio Walker Azevedo Cacho. 2025. 20 f. The objective was to verify whether gamification could improve the postural control of these individuals. The observational and cross-sectional research involved four patients with PD treated at the physiotherapy outpatient clinic of Clínica Integrada da Facisa/UFRN. The protocol included clinical and posturographic assessments before and after the intervention, carried out using the High-Kicks game. Statistical analyzes were conducted with JASP software, using ANOVA to compare pre- and post-intervention data. The results demonstrated two significant variables with a reduction in the medio-lateral and antero-posterior frequency in the PJOF and PSOF conditions. On the other hand, there were no significant advances in less challenging conditions, such as PSOA and PJOA. Gamification showed some positive results for improving balance in PD patients through posturographic assessment. However, the study has some limitations that include the small sample size and the absence of a control group. Future studies with greater methodological rigor are needed to confirm the findings and expand the use of gamified technologies in neurological rehabilitation.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Doença de ParkinsonRealidade VirtualEquilíbrio PosturalReabilitação NeurológicaParkinson DiseaseVirtual RealityPostural BalanceNeurological RehabilitationTreino de equilíbrio em pacientes com doença de Parkinson por meio de um aplicativo gamificadoBalance training in patients with Parkinson's disease through a gamified appbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
