Using a qualitative approach, the methodology included bibliographic and documentary research, with a focus on the internship reports (2023) conducted at this institution. This study seeks to contribute to the daily practice of Social Work, promote ongoing debate, foster political engagement, and generate knowledge about the LGBTIA+ population. The research revealed significant challenges in the structuring and maintenance of services, but also important advances in the activities developed.
