Methodologically, this monograph is based on conducting individual semi-structured interviews with two former female leaders of the EJ in dialogue with the author's experience report as a participant observer of this practice. Fundamentally anchored in concepts such as organizational culture, citizenship, diversity management, gender crossings, employer branding (employer brand management) and others, the research reveals that the business environment is an organism influenced by human issues.
