Evaluating this indicator from the perspective of employees helps identify and measure circumstances that may cause adverse events. The study aimed to analyze patient safety culture from the perspective of ICU professionals at a maternity hospital. It is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, conducted using the "E-Hospital Safety Culture Questionnaire" instrument, applied to professionals working in the hospital's ICU. No dimension was identified as strong, indicating the need to strengthen patient safety culture in the sector.
