Before medications are administered to thepatientsundergo the dilution process. During the dilution process, nursing professionals face some problems. In the first problem, the Nursing team takes a long time to perform the dilution of medicines manually and with risks of work accidents. Another problem is in the act of opening the glass ampoules, there may be puncture-cutting accidents in the hands of health professionals and contamination of drugs by glass particles, which will be injected together with the drug in the patients. The work has as general objective the study for the development of equipment to dilute drugs. The literature review was carried outa search in the SciELO, Pubmed, Medline and LILACS databases of articles from the last twenty years.And after this literature review, a CAD model was designed to generate a prototype of the thinner.
