The main product of this project is a multimedia longform report published online, portraying the professional paths of graduates from the three journalism programs offered in the State: UFRN, UERN, and UNP. The research follows a qualitative approach, using open and thematic interviews as the primary data collection method. The results reveal structural limitations during academic training, lack of institutional support in the transition to the labor market, and the need for professional versatility to overcome industry barriers.
