This research originates from the need to consolidate strategies for network organizational communication, in accordance with current legislation, which ensures the dissemination of information about the potential of health services and their use by hospital managers, patients and others. It has a larger scope by proposing its use in the dissemination of information to the health professionals of these establishments. The methodology consists of bibliographic research and interviews that demonstrate the insufficiency of the current communication channels for this purpose and the growth of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in health. As a result, it is expected to improve the integration of information among these FUHs, their collaborators, users and other stakeholders. WEBserh also aims to reduce the patients' feeling of waiting time in hospitals and promote health education, contributing to the prevention and treatment of diseases.
