For this, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach was carried out. Data collection took place through documentary research, followed by the elaboration of a draft proposal for the creation of the Panel and subsequent validation with the strategic managers of the Federal University of Cariri, through control groups. As a result, a proposal was made for a Purchase Monitoring Panel, created from the Power BI software, with an operational profile, for continuous monitoring of UFCA purchases. The instrument will be divided into sub-panels, which will reflect each step of the purchasing process, bringing their respective information. The Dean of Administration of UFCA will be responsible for feeding and maintaining this instrument.
