Natal, RN, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/60677Introduction: The Satellite Pharmacy of the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support Center (FCDI) contains the largest portion of high-cost and consigned products from the Onofre Lopes University Hospital, and recently its stock became auditable. These products are stored in different structures and have high specificity, which makes them difficult to identify and dispense by professionals who are not in the service routine. Furthermore, there is no official published document that describes the standardized items in this pharmacy for access by the institution's professionals. Objective: Facilitate the identification, dispensing and stock management of standardized products at FCDI through the mapping, creation and implementation of the addressing and cataloging system for standardized items. Methodology: This is an intervention project, whose action proposal is made by the student and guided by the advisor, to solve a real problem observed in the field of activity, allowing the improvement of the work process. Results: The project resulted in the mapping of the FCDI, creation of locator codes for items, implementation of codes in the AGHU, creation of sectors and identification with labels in the physical space, and the production of two products, in addition to analyzing the perception of pharmacists in the Hospital Pharmacy Sector about various issues related to FCDI, as well as verifying the importance of the project and the functionality of the work developed. Conclusion: This work made it possible to optimize the FCDI work process and especially met the needs of those on duty who are not part of the routine services provided by FCDI, favoring the improvement of assistance for CDI-HUOL users.
