This equipment helps in the treatment of patients, providing comfort and safety to the user, in addition to assisting the health team during care procedures. The Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work Orders (WS) for this type of equipment have a high number when compared to the number of MC OS for the other equipment present in the hospital. According to data registered in Neovero, from January to October 2022, 27.94% of the hospital's CM WS were destined to electric hospital beds, while for the multiparametric monitor — the second equipment with the highest percentage of corrective maintenance —, it represents only 6.65% of the total service orders carried out in the same period. In this context, there is a need to carry out an assessment of these services in order to explore their causes and, based on them, propose alternatives that aim to reduce the number of corrective maintenance requests for electric hospital beds, consequently reducing demand. technical professionals from the Clinical Engineering (CE) sector. This study will be carried out based on the mapping of the CM process for electric hospital beds and data extracted from the management system of the Clinical Engineering sector, referring to this type of service. The proposal is to train users by providing operating instruction material, containing illustrative images and audiovisual guidelines that can be accessed through a QR Code.
