Estrutura de contenção em terrreno inclinado para construção de pavimento tipo subsolo: estudo de caso (TJRN). 2025. 18 f. One of the alternatives adopted in these contexts is the use of underground or partially buried floors, designed below natural ground level, with the aim of optimizing lot occupation and ensuring greater functionality for the building. This paper aims to present a case study on the implementation of an administrative floor constructed in a staggered manner on a steeply sloping site, as part of the new headquarters of the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Norte (TJRN). The proposal seeks not only to demonstrate the technical and functional feasibility of the adopted solution, but also to provide a practical example that may guide future projects on terrains with challenging topography, including similar slopes and inclines. The study will cover preliminary assessments of technical, essential information from architectural and structural design, excavation and retaining methods used, as well as the construction technologies applied throughout the building process. It will also describe the construction stages and challenges faced during implementation, along with the strategies adopted to ensure the building’s stability, safety, and performance. In conclusion, the lessons learned from this experience will be presented, highlighting the benefits of architectural and engineering solutions aimed at maximizing the use of complex terrain geometries, resulting in buildings with greater functional potential, usability, and real estate value.pt-BREdificação funcionalTopografia acidentadaSolução construtivaViabilidade técnicaPavimento subsoloEstudo de casoEstrutura de contenção em terrreno inclinado para construção de pavimento tipo subsolo: estudo de caso (TJRN)bachelorThesisENGENHARIAS
