An ecological, retrospective, and exploratory study with a quantitative approach was conducted, using descriptive and spatial statistical analysis to identify geographic and temporal patterns of these events from 2019 to 2023. The data were obtained from the Notification of Injury Information System (SINAN), available on the Department of Informatics of the SUS (DATASUS) website, a public and free access platform. Throughout the analyzed period, 3,678 work-related accidents were recorded, of which 86.5% involved women. The 7th health region concentrated 66.67% of the cases, highlighting the influence of factors such as work overload and inadequate infrastructure. A reduction in accident rates was observed in 2020, followed by an increase in the subsequent years.
