However, few studies focus on the analysis of 3D printing cementitious mixtures (3DCP) in large pieces with the wall typology in a comparative way to conventional construction systems and, still, make use of high cement content to achieve the required structuring. Based on this, the present study aims to develop blocks, prisms and mini-walls with 3DCP mixtures with limestone filler and metakaolin as partial replacement for Portland cement, aiming to evaluate the mechanical behavior of these 3DCP elements compared to the reference mixture, only with cement, and the structural masonry system with concrete hollow blocks. The mixtures constituted up to 50% of cement replacement by lime filler and metakaolin and were also analyzed for their performance in the fresh and hardened state. The results showed that the blocks, prisms and mini-walls produced with 3DCP mixtures with cement replacement by limestone filler and metakaolin showed lower compressive strength compared to the reference mixture, with cement only, and higher result compared to the structural masonry components with concrete hollow block.
