The research is a descriptive, field study with a quantitative approach. The population is comprised of employees of the State School Desembargador Licurgo Nunes, located in the municipality of Marcelino Vieira-RN. The sample is composed of 13 professors, 01 principal and 01 viceprincipal, 01 typist, both employees and with a teaching career plan; 04 general service assistants, 02 cooks, 01 doorman who are outsourced employees, totaling 23 employees working in the institution. The data collection technique was performed through an online questionnaire, analyzed using the descriptive statistics technique. The results reveal that most employees actually know the school's administrative routine.
