The process of working in health changes logic when referring to health and not the disease, care focused on the individual, family and community. Some policies stand out in the strengthening of this new paradigm of care. One of the structuring policies for this comprehensive care is the National Humanization Policy, launched since 2003, which incorporates as a device the Expanded Clinic in the scope of Primary Care. The Municipality of Rodolfo Fernandes, located in the West Potiguar, adhered to the Program for Improving Access and Quality in Primary Care (PMAQ), and its teams were evaluated and monitored through standards previously defined by the continuous improvement cycle implemented by the Ministry of Health, of the main problems identified in the UBS, after application of the diagram cause and effect was the relationship of the team, which makes it difficult to implement changes in the work environment. Respecting subjects' subjectivities, enabling triple inclusion and making intervention-training processes feasible are devices aimed at the humanization process at work. Happy workers perform their jobs better. The in present study is a qualitative Research-Action research of sociopoietic approach that aims to evaluate the relationship of happiness of the workers with the qualified work in health during the accomplishment of the Atelier of Humanopoeie Self-training for the health team of the Basic Unit of Antônio Simão in the municipality of Rodolfo Fernandes. From the realization of the humanopoeie workshop it is possible to observe the fragility of some professionals in relation to the understanding about Qualified Work in health. It was possible to perceive, in the lines and constructed scenarios, that the lack of integration in the team is the main trigger for the unhappiness in the work. Management was identified as empty in relation to quality evaluation at work. In the view of the workers, the points assessed by the PMAQ are very related to the structure and totally quantitative. Respecting the subjectivities and enabling triple inclusion and viability processes are devices pointed out to the process of humanization at work.
