Therefore, the concepts of immigration, interaction design and design for experience were studied to have a better understanding of the subject. The methodology for the project includes ethnographic methods and the concept of ethnomethodology. Design thinking was also used as a foundation to adapt the service blueprint tool, the creation of personas and in the development of the customer journey map experience.
