The lack of health education materials translated into Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) highlights the importance of developing tools to improve accessibility to information for the deaf community, aiming to increase adherence to health programs and, consequently, positively impact this population's health. Objective: To develop an educational game on immunization for the deaf community. Method: This is an applied research project whose development was guided by Jesse Schell's Elemental Tetrad theory: aesthetics, history, narrative and mechanics. Results: The process resulted in a game titled "Imunolibras," composed of the following elements: educational video, board, roulette, question cards, curiosity cards, action cards, game pieces, and an orientation booklet. Conclusion: The developed game is applicable in various contexts and can bring the deaf population closer to the topic of immunization, improving vaccination coverage.Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/br/ImunizaçãoEducação em SaúdeSurdezAcessibilidadeGamificação.Imunolibras: um jogo sobre imunização acessível em librasbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM::ENFERMAGEM DE SAUDE PUBLICA
