It is considered that the musicalization is regarded as central in the learning process the fundamental musicalization in the deaf children learning process, and as a part of the Special and Inclusive Education. Specifically, the experience report explains how the deaf student understands what is rhythm, pulse using percussive resources, and elements of music. For this, the musicalization experience was taught using a combination of theoretical and practical lectures at the Music School of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and at the CAS. Part of the theoretical foundations of this paper are the concepts of deafness, Special and Inclusive Education, and are based on the authors like Haguiara (2003), Blonde (2004) and others.
