The general objective of this study is to indicate the level of satisfaction of Library users in relation to its physical structure, and the specific objectives are to measure the users satisfaction in relation to Library spaces; to measure users satisfaction in relation to the physical resources of the Library; quantify users satisfaction in relation to the organization of the Library's collection; and identify if users have criticisms and/or suggestions about the structure of the Library. For this, it employs the inductive and statistical methods, as well as the bibliographical research on the themes it deals with, namely: physical structure of libraries; school, university and mixed libraries; and users studies. In addition, for data collection, it uses the selfadministered questionnaire, with a sample of students who use the Library.
