On the above, the present study aims to analyze the general implementation of professional qualification channel PRONATEC within SENAC/RN in the period from 2012 to 2016. The universe of research this is a field research, descriptive, quantitative in nature, having as the search universe SENAC of RN. As techniques of data collection and analysis were used in the bibliographic and documentary surveys the theoretical basis of this research, as well as the analysis of management reports to identify PRONATECexecution within the institution. Therefore, it was concluded that the PRONATECplayed a very important role in the development and professional qualification of the population of the RN in the years investigated.
