Scrumban: uma sugestão de método de gestão de trabalho aplicado à residência em TI da JFRN. 2022. 30f. Monografia (Graduação em Administração) - Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/48832From the analysis of the approach of agile methods for project management of the students of the Residency in Information Technology of the Federal Justice of Rio Grande do Norte, it was noticed over time, the non-adherence and/or difficulty of the Scrum framework with the team, while the use of the Kanban board, with the help of the GitJus tool, in a visual and intuitive way, was increasingly used and accepted by the members. From this finding, the question arose as to whether Kanban would be the ideal method for the context of the Residency. To carry out such a change, it is necessary to implement an initial approach to the Kanban method together with some of the prescriptions of the Scrum framework. In this sense, Scrumban is the intermediate moment between moving from one model to another and having, at the same time, the best of each. This work presents a suggestion of a Scrumban model adapted to the reality of the JFRN residency, in addition to emphasizing the importance of agile management for the success of projects.ScrumbanResidência em TIJustiça Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (JFRN)IT residencyScrumban: uma sugestão de método de gestão de trabalho aplicado à residência em TI da JFRNScrumban: a suggested work management method applied to the JFRN IT residencybachelorThesis
