Sexual violence against children and adolescents is a public health problem worldwide. Statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO) reveal that more than 120 million adolescent girls and children have suffered some type of sexual violence before the age of 20. It is important to identify nursing care for targeted and quality assistance to this phenomenon. The objective of the present study is to map nursing care for children and adolescents victims of sexual violence. This is a scoping review, which aims to obtain evidence on the topic in a comprehensive manner through mapping existing literature to identify gaps in the knowledge base. 957 studies were exported from the PubMed and VHL databases. The screening of studies was carried out by two evaluators autonomously using the Rayyan software, where 8 studies were included for final analysis. Nursing care includes anamnesis, physical assessment, notification, treatment and additional referrals.
