As a methodology, a bibliographic and documentary research was carried out on tourist regionalization; public management and tourism; and gender and management, in addition to the application of virtual questionnaires with the researched universe, quail-quantitative results were obtained using Excel for data processing. In summary, it was possible to verify that there is a certain parity between the qualifications of female and male management regarding academic training, regarding professional experience, male managers have more than women at all levels.
