For such a tool to be used, it is assumed that the individual has knowledge and management of their finances, with organization, planning and control. The main objective of this article is to identify how workers in the field of school transport carry out their personal financial planning and what is the degree of understanding about personal finances, aiming to investigate the subject and show the importance of having knowledge about the basic principles of financial education. and personal budget planning and how this knowledge can improve people's quality of life. And to achieve this objective, this research was elaborated through a questionnaire with 20 questions applied to 25 workers linked to the cooperative. This article used a qualitative approach of a descriptive and applied nature as a research tool.
