Methodology: methodological study, carried out between October 2022 and June 2023, operationalized in three stages, namely: (1) Literature review, (2) construction of an educational booklet and (3) content validation by expert judges using the Delphi technique. The validation was performed by 32 health professionals, recruited through the Lattes Platform and by the snowball technique, using the Delphi technique in two rounds. Items with Content Validity Index ≥ 0.78 were considered validated. This research was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee, under opinion nº 4,908,881. Results: The search for articles in the databases resulted in 6 articles selected to compose the review. In the first round of validation of the booklet, 19 experts agreed to participate in the research in the category of content judges. The first version of the booklet was validated by calculating the CVI, and the overall average CVI was 0.88, considered excellent by the established criteria. The global CVI corresponding to the second version of the booklet obtained a value of 1, considered perfect. All I-CVI values were satisfactory, and there was unanimity in the validation.
