This perception can be positive or negative regarding each coworkers personal interpretation. For thisreason we say that the company's climate has a direct influence in the group motivation, in their satisfaction degree, and as a consequence, in your work’s quality. That’s why is so important to study an company climate. Thus, the present study have as objective to evaluate the climate of the Rio Grande do Norte State Foundation for Research Support – “FAPERN”. The model adopted was the Organization Environment Scale – “ECO de Siqueira” (2008), one of the most adopted models used to evaluate the worker perception of many organizational climate dimensions. The scale is constituted by 63 items, grouped into 5 factors represented by the designations: Organization Leadership Support; Reward; Physical Comfort; Control/Stress; and cohesion between colleagues. 23 FAPERN’s employees participated in the research.
