Uma API para integrar informações dos sistemas Tasy e HCM no Hospital da Unimed Natal. 2024. 54f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Especialização em Residência em Tecnologia da Informação) - Instituto Metrópole Digital, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/60687Performing efficient human resources sizing is essential to optimize investments in the institution, avoiding idleness and excessive costs while preventing overloading the team. Adequate planning not only maximizes resource utilization but also contributes to operational effectiveness by ensuring a balanced distribution of responsibilities and avoiding unnecessary costs. This work simplifies access to data on employee distribution in service sectors and bed occupancy within the Unimed Hospital, allowing for more efficient analysis for the managers responsible for team sizing. The system facilitates access to information demanded by managers through an integrated environment developed in TypeScript language, with Node.js server and Express and TypeORM frameworks persisting information in an Oracle database. The evaluation methodology used was Goal Question Metric (GQM). In the evaluation application, it was evidenced that the specific objectives were achieved, with the analysis of response times to requests as the metric. Concluding that this work brings Unimed Natal closer to a tool capable of improving the control of the sizing of the assistance teams at the Unimed Hospital, and consequently, improving the quality of care provided to beneficiaries.
