Treatment adherence poses a major challenge due to the complexity of therapeutic regimens, side effects, and emotional barriers. In Brazil, it is estimated that between 150,000 and 300,000 people live with the disease, predominantly women of reproductive age. Although multidisciplinary medical care is essential, the disease imposes significant physical and psychological limitations. In this context, the development of technological solutions, such as mobile applications, can enhance care and promote a patient-centered approach.
